Specialized Physical Therapy Services
Lymphedema Therapy
Reduce swelling, restore mobility, and take control of lymphedema with specialized, in-home care.
Post-cancer lymphedema (breast, pelvic, lymph node removal)
Chronic swelling, heaviness, or discomfort
Lipedema and venous-related swelling
Lymphedema is a chronic condition, but it is highly manageable with the right care. Treatment includes Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), manual lymphatic drainage, compression strategies, and targeted exercise, all delivered in your home for improved consistency and outcomes.
Dry Needling
Reduce muscle pain, improve mobility, and restore function with targeted dry needling techniques.
Muscle pain and tightness
Trigger points (muscle knots)
Myofascial pain syndromes
Movement limitations due to muscle restriction
Dry needling targets specific muscles to release tension, improve blood flow, and restore normal muscle function. A brief twitch response helps reduce pain and improve mobility. Electrical stimulation may be added to enhance results and support neuromuscular recovery, including in select neurological conditions.
Body Weight Support Treadmill Training
Improve walking ability, endurance, and gait mechanics with advanced, supported gait training.
Neurological conditions affecting walking (stroke, spinal cord injury, TBI)
Weakness or impaired coordination during gait
Decreased endurance or walking tolerance
Need for safe, repetitive gait training
Body weight support treadmill training uses a harness system to safely reduce body weight while allowing for repetitive, guided stepping practice. This creates an environment where proper gait patterns can be retrained with high repetition, something that is often difficult to achieve in traditional settings.
This intervention is especially valuable for individuals with neurological conditions, where consistency and repetition are key to improving walking ability and functional mobility.
Vestibular Therapy
Reduce dizziness, improve balance, and restore confidence with specialized vestibular rehabilitation.
Vertigo and dizziness (including BPPV)
Balance impairments and fall risk
Post-concussion symptoms
Vestibular disorders and migraines
Vestibular therapy uses targeted techniques, such as gaze stabilization, balance retraining, and motion desensitization to retrain how the brain processes balance and movement. This leads to improved stability, reduced symptoms, and better function in daily activities.
Unlike medication, which often only manages symptoms, vestibular rehabilitation focuses on long-term recovery and adaptation.
Serial Casting
Improve joint mobility and reduce contractures with advanced, in-home serial casting.
Neurological conditions (stroke, TBI, spinal cord injury)
Spasticity-related tightness
Loss of range of motion affecting mobility and positioning
Serial casting uses a series of carefully applied casts to gradually lengthen tight muscles and improve joint range of motion over time. This intervention is especially effective for individuals with neurological conditions where spasticity and positioning restrict movement.
Unlike traditional settings, this service is delivered in your home, allowing for real-time carryover into daily function, positioning, and mobility.
Aquatic Therapy
Improve mobility, reduce pain, and move with greater ease using water-based therapy.
Joint pain and stiffness
Neurological conditions affecting movement
Limited weight-bearing tolerance
Weakness and reduced endurance
Aquatic therapy uses the natural properties of water to reduce joint stress, support movement, and provide gentle resistance for strengthening. This allows for improved mobility, decreased pain, and increased confidence with movement, especially for individuals who struggle with traditional land-based therapy.
Self Pay
Elevated Therapy Services is a cash-based, out-of-network practice. This allows for true one-on-one care, without restrictions from insurance companies.
No limitations on visit length or frequency
Care plans based on clinical need, not insurance approval
Direct access to your Physical Therapist
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, check, and cash. A card is kept on file to reserve appointments.
