Dr. Wendy Brown, PT, DPT, CLT, Cert. DN, AIB-VRC
Dr. Wendy Brown received her doctorate degree from The University of St. Augustine, St. Augusitne, FL in 2007. Wendy has been practicing for over 19 years as Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and worked at one of the country's leading neurological inpatient rehabilitation facilities, where she gained extensive experience treating individuals with complex neurological conditions.
Today, Dr. Brown provides concierge physical therapy throughout Greater Houston, delivering one-on-one care directly in her patients' homes. She specializes in helping adults with stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Vestibular Disorders, Lymphedema, and other complex neurological and orthopedic conditions achieve greater independence and quality of life.
Dr. Brown has a strong passion for neurological rehabilitation in the areas of Disorders of Consciousness (DoC), Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), spasticity management, polytrauma, and medically complex patients with tracheostomies, including those with mechanical ventilation dependency. Dr. Wendy Brown is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Certified in Dry Needling, and is also a Certified Vestibular and Concussion Rehabilitation Therapist. Dr. Brown has practiced in a variety of settings, including, but not limited to: inpatient neurological rehabilitation, outpatient neurological rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics, surgical centers, specialty intensive care units (ICU), wound care, and acute care hospitals.
For more than 12 years, Dr. Brown has provided personalized, in-home physical therapy throughout Greater Houston. Her concierge model allows every patient to receive one-on-one, individualized care with the time, attention, and clinical expertise they deserve, all in the comfort and convenience of their own home.
Dr. Chelsea Tarantino, PT, DPT
Dr. Chelsea Tarantino earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri, in 2015. Since then, she has dedicated her career to neurological rehabilitation, developing her expertise at a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
Her clinical experience includes stroke, brain injury, disorders of consciousness, complex movement disorders, spasticity management, serial casting, neurobehavioral intervention, and the treatment of medically complex neurological conditions. Years of navigating challenging cases have strengthened Chelsea’s ability to think critically, adapt treatment creatively, and meet each patient where they are.
Chelsea is passionate about providing continuity of care beyond the traditional acute and subacute stages of recovery. She combines current research, clinical best practices, and an individualized approach to help patients continue making meaningful progress toward greater mobility, independence, and participation in daily life.
Through Elevated Therapy Services, Chelsea brings advanced neurological expertise directly into the home, allowing treatment to be tailored to each patient’s abilities, goals, environment, and everyday challenges.
